  • A wake-up call (a health scare, a divorce, a moment that made you stop and think)

  • Feeling tired and off, and not wanting to spend another year in that rut

  • Knowing what you should do but not doing it, feeling frustrated about it, and wanting to change that

My Method

My approach is science-backed and effective.

  1. Get clear on what you actually want — not "it’s fine…it could be worse," but the "hell yes!" version

  2. Create a path from where you are now to that exciting vision

  3. Make the process something you genuinely enjoy, not endure

  4. Until one morning you look in the mirror and think, "hell yes!"
